Auremin is an integrated industrial platform.
Alongside our physical commodity activities, we develop, own, and operate infrastructure across mining, industrial project development, power generation, logistics, and development finance. These capabilities are not peripheral - they are what make it possible to operate with genuine depth in markets where most participants remain at the surface.
Operating inside the mining value chain, not around it
Auremin is building an operational presence inside the mining value chain — not as a supplier to it, but as an infrastructure partner and operator within it. Our focus is on the physical development, operation, and exploitation of mining assets across Africa, spanning copper, cobalt, gold, tin, and germanium.
Our active programme covers three layers of engagement: tailings processing - recovering value from mineralised waste streams that current permit holders are not monetising; infrastructure rehabilitation - bringing dormant processing assets on existing exploitation permits back into production; and direct mine operation - operating producing assets through structured partnerships with established concession holders and state mining entities.
We bring capital, technical partners, and offtake relationships to assets that are licensed but underleveraged - and we operate them.

Originating and executing the projects the market needs
Auremin identifies, structures, and develops industrial infrastructure projects across Africa - in markets where the commercial case is clear but conventional project developers are not present. Our active pipeline spans energy infrastructure, waste processing, resource recovery, and sustainable fuel production.
In Tanzania, we are developing a small-scale LNG liquefaction plant to monetise domestic natural gas and supply industrial and commercial end-users. In the Democratic Republic of Congo, our infrastructure pipeline is concentrated in Kinshasa - spanning an integrated waste-to-fuel processing facility, sustainable forest biomass commercialisation, and a broader portfolio of industrial processing and resource recovery projects across waste management, hazardous materials, and agricultural processing.
We take projects from concept through feasibility, permitting, financing, and execution - originating opportunities that serve genuine industrial demand, structuring them for bankability, and partnering with technical operators, development financiers, and grant bodies to bring them to completion.

Industrial power where the grid does not reach
Across Africa, unreliable or absent grid power is one of the primary constraints on industrial and commercial activity. Auremin is developing a portfolio of distributed power generation assets, using the energy feedstocks available in our markets to deliver power where it is most critically needed.
Our active projects include a landfill gas-to-power facility capturing methane to generate grid-connected electricity, a small-scale LNG liquefaction and distribution model enabling gas-to-power supply for industrial end-users, and an early-stage CNG-to-power project utilising flare gas from producing fields to supply the grid across borders.

Moving product where others cannot
Moving product in markets like these requires more than a freight forwarder. It requires in-country relationships, regulatory fluency, and the ability to solve problems that no logistics manual anticipated.
Auremin manages the full supply chain across Africa - from origin procurement through port clearance, in-country transit, and last-mile delivery to remote industrial sites. We hold the necessary licensing and compliance credentials to operate as authorised importers and distributors in key markets, including the Democratic Republic of Congo, and maintain established relationships with clearing agents, port authorities, and logistics operators across the region.
Where infrastructure is absent or unreliable, we build around it.

Commercial rigour applied to development finance
A number of Auremin's industrial projects are structured to draw on development finance and grant funding alongside commercial capital. We work with national and bilateral development programmes, development finance institutions, and climate and industrial grant facilities to help finance projects with clear development impact - particularly in energy transition, waste processing, resource recovery, and industrial infrastructure.
Our capability covers concept origination, grant and DFI application development, feasibility and bankability structuring, environmental and social impact assessment, and project execution. We bring the same commercial discipline to grant-financed projects that we apply to commercially funded ones - building the financial models, impact frameworks, and governance structures that institutional funders require.
We do not develop projects around grant availability. We identify commercially sound projects and use development finance to accelerate and de-risk them where it is available and appropriate.
