The Work

The work at Auremin is direct, commercial, and consequential. Our teams originate and execute physical commodity trades across energy, construction, and industrial markets - sourcing, structuring, financing, and delivering flows that underpin real industrial activity. Our project teams develop infrastructure from concept through feasibility, financing, and construction - power generation, gas, resource recovery, industrial processing, and mining infrastructure.

 Across trading and projects, our people operate closer to the physical and commercial reality than they would at a larger institution. You will work directly with senior counterparties, take ownership of meaningful outcomes, and help build something at scale.

The Team

Auremin's leadership team combines senior experience from international trading houses and energy majors with deep on-the-ground presence in the markets we serve. Our Dubai team leads commercial structuring, project development, and capital strategy. Our Kinshasa team leads in-country operations, government and state-owned enterprise relationships, and on-the-ground project execution.

We are a lean and deliberately senior team. Every hire matters, and the people we bring in shape the direction of the business alongside us.
