Alistair Naiken is the Founder, Group Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Auremin. He leads the Group's strategy and its integrated platform across commodity trading, infrastructure development, and supply chain execution, with activity spanning Africa and the wider Middle East.

Alistair began his career in global energy markets at Centrica and Vitol, where he originated, structured, and traded across gas, power, and carbon in Russia, Central Asia, and Europe. His work spanned pipeline gas, LNG, power derivatives, and emissions, alongside involvement in corporate M&A - an apprenticeship in how physical flows, capital structure, and political risk interact at scale. He now applies that experience to a different set of markets.

Under his leadership, the Group has evolved from a commodity trading business into an integrated industrial platform working alongside governments, state-owned enterprises, major mining operators, and institutional capital partners - with a particular focus on the Democratic Republic of Congo and the wider Central and East African industrial corridor.

His focus is on originating and structuring projects where trading, infrastructure, and long-term partnership reinforce one another - building businesses that are difficult to replicate, valuable to the regions they serve, and durable across cycles.

Rabih Tazi is Chief Commercial Officer of Auremin, responsible for the Group's trading and commercial activities.

Rabih has over 20 years of experience in energy markets, with a background in gas, power, emissions, and oil derivatives trading. He has held senior roles at Centrica Energy, Vitol Group, and RWE Supply and Trading, working across commercial strategy and risk management at leading utilities and trading houses in Europe.

At Auremin, he leads the Group's commodity sourcing and commercial positioning, with a focus on building structured trading relationships across the Group's core markets.

Rabih holds an MSc in Mathematics, Finance and Actuarial Sciences from the University of Lyon.

Ronak Patel is Chief Projects & Engineering Officer at Auremin, responsible for engineering strategy, capital project delivery, and technical governance across the Group.

Ronak has held senior engineering and project leadership roles at Centrica, EPH, and Vitol Power International - three of Europe's most established energy and power platforms - where he led the development, financing, and delivery of large-scale oil, gas, and power projects from concept through to commercial operation.

At Auremin, he oversees infrastructure development across the Group's active portfolio, from origination and feasibility through financing, construction, and handover into operations. He leads the technical due diligence and engineering governance that underpin new investments and ensure projects are delivered to institutional standards.

Ronak is a Chartered Engineer (IChemE) and a Chartered Project Professional (APM), and holds an MEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Leeds.

Georges Bakaly is Group Executive Director of Auremin, based in Kinshasa, with senior responsibility for the Group's presence, relationships, and strategic development across the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Georges is a founder, operator, and board director with a background spanning law, finance, and private equity. He began his career at Novo Holding, a private equity firm in Belgium, before returning to the DRC to build and lead multiple businesses. He is the co-founder of Wesd Capital, a carbon credit project developer operating across the DRC, and the founder of Majiwe Congo Mining Services, providing specialist services to the country's mining sector. He serves on the board of LOLC DR Congo, one of the country's leading banking institutions.

Earlier in his career, Georges served as Deputy Chief of Staff to the DRC Minister of Industry, contributing to national policy development and industrial growth strategy at the Ministry level.

Georges holds an LLB from University College London.
