Aurem — to attend. To listen with full presence to what a market, a community, a challenge is actually asking for.
Minera — the raw material. The commodity at the origin of everything: before it is traded, before it moves, before it builds anything.
How we operate matters as much as what we deliver. These three values guide every decision, every trade, and every partnership.
01
Trust built through action.
We act with honesty, transparency, and accountability - earning lasting trust through what we do, every day.
02
Excellence measured by results.
We set high standards, measure what matters, and deliver measurable results that create lasting value.
03
Consistency you can depend on.
We honour our commitments and deliver consistently - providing stability, confidence, and results our partners can depend on.

Board of Directors:
Alistair Naiken
Group Chairman & CEO
Linkedin:
ConnectAlistair Naiken is the Founder, Group Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Auremin. He leads the Group's strategy and its integrated platform across commodity trading, infrastructure development, and supply chain execution, with activity spanning Africa and the wider Middle East.
Alistair began his career in global energy markets at Centrica and Vitol, where he originated, structured, and traded across gas, power, and carbon in Russia, Central Asia, and Europe. His work spanned pipeline gas, LNG, power derivatives, and emissions, alongside involvement in corporate M&A - an apprenticeship in how physical flows, capital structure, and political risk interact at scale. He now applies that experience to a different set of markets.
Under his leadership, the Group has evolved from a commodity trading business into an integrated industrial platform working alongside governments, state-owned enterprises, major mining operators, and institutional capital partners - with a particular focus on the Democratic Republic of Congo and the wider Central and East African industrial corridor.
His focus is on originating and structuring projects where trading, infrastructure, and long-term partnership reinforce one another - building businesses that are difficult to replicate, valuable to the regions they serve, and durable across cycles.
